Phyllis has had many accolades in her career in the financial services and insurance industry, however her most proud achievement is an award given by the Obion County Prevention Coalition to honor her service and commitment to educating youth in her community on the dangers of drugs. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee-Martin, B.S., studied Graduate Studies at Union University, is a Life Member of the Junior Auxiliary of Obion County, a proud Supporter of the Obion County Prevention Coalition, a member of Chamber of Commerce, a State of Tennessee Education Mentor, and has 26 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry. She made a career transition from helping families achieve their financial dreams to including that with her State Farm career in 2013, shortly before becoming a State Farm Agent in 2014.

Her desire to help others has grown into a passion to help so much that her agency is now licensed in help people across the entire states of Tennessee , Kentucky, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
